Brent Asmari and International Research Institute of Stavanger AS (IRIS) Signed MoU
A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between International Research Institute of Stavanger AS (IRIS,today NORCE) and Brent Asmari AS was signed regarding applied research in the area petroleum engineering. The agreement was made on cooperation for research and development on Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR), Special Core Analysis (SCAL) and PVT, Field Development Study, Well Managements, Drilling Optimization, and Formation Damage. Other areas such as Environmental Multidisciplinary Research and Clean Energy were included in the scope of the collaboration.

Brent Asmari Awarded a Contract with Energy Research Norway AS
Brent Asmari awarded a contract by Energy Research Norway AS. Two companies will deliver chemical EOR research studies on carbonate reservoirs to the Uni Research AS as a part of Norwegian Research Centre (NORCE) company. Brent Asmari will deliver lab services and participate in research and development studies to evaluate the feasibility of application of new generation of chemicals for EOR for a carbonate reservoir from the Middle East. The results of the research will be implemented in the field after pilot-test approval.
